Contract Language Proposal Form Instructions

1. Bargaining unit: provide which unit language pertains Teacher, Support or Office

2. Name: provide members name for membership verification and clarity if needed

3. Building: provide building where submitting member works

4. Contract section, Clause/Article number and page number: provide the section (General, Teacher, Support, Office); Clause/Article number and page number of the language being addressed

5. Current Language: provide current contract language being addressed directly from our current contract. If new language is being suggested please type NEW LANGUAGE PROPOSAL

6. Proposed New Language: provide new language being as specific as possible

7. Please give your opinion of you feel this language is strike worthy

8. If you need the contract it is available on our union site https://eastauroracouncil.org/ or the D131 website under the Human Resource department.
